I’ve invested thousands of pounds in my music collection I can no longer access it from my NAS. Why is this?

I have 2 Play 3 speakers.How do I add a music older on my computer using MAC OS? When I try to do this it says Sonos was unable to add the folder?Also, when I try to add YouTube Music service it connects and shows up but I can’t see any playlists? It is blank.

Playbar Apple TV Toshiba TV

I have a Toshiba CT-8555 TV, Sonos Playbar 1, Apple TV 4K. Playbar connected via optical cable. Apple TV connected to TV via HDMI. I cannot set up my TV remote with the sonos app, it does not recognise it. I have reset the playbar, i have followed the steps suggested - change batteries in remote, turn off the tv etc etc. I can only control the volume of the sonos through the sonos app, not through my apple tv remote, which is the goal. I have the same set up in a different room but with a Sony TV and it all works fine. I am fed up! Please help. I want to control the sound through the playbar with my apple remote!!!

Can you provide a rollback please? My system has been rendered pretty much unusable now… not happy and a shame that it’s always the software that lets your epic hardware down…

How to solve the Error 913 (Music Library) on a Mac

There is a reported bug fix coming mid-June 2024. If you can’t wait until then…(I did this running Sonoma 14.4.1) And thanks to folks in a separate thread on the details - just tried to put them all in one place.I made a video of the process if you prefer that way: https://youtu.be/kjhKhDuvgDYPart 1 - Set up the share (System Settings/Preferences)Open System Settings (in earlier MacOS it’s called System Preferences). Click on the apple in top left of your screen to find that option. Choose General Select **Sharing**. Enable **File Sharing** Click the "i" symbol Click the "+" symbol. Add a shared folder by choosing the folder where your music is stored and selecting Open The name of the folder here will be the ShareName that you’ll use in Part 3. Under ‘users’, confirm that the list includes an ‘everyone’ option, and that you set ‘everyone’ to *Read Only* at a minimum (or “Read & Write”) Ensure the customer's account is set to **Read & Write** I’m not 100% sure ‘customer’s acc

Trueplay official list of up to date supported devices

Can someone tell me where to find an official up to date list of Iphones that support Trueplay that a SONOS or IOS update has not broken.Also if anyone in the community has an older iphone that trueplay still works on id appreciate it if you could comment your model and IOS version here. FWIW I used to use an iphone 7 but its no longer supported so im forced to buy a new 1. I was bidding on an iphone 12 but was told a Sonos app update broke Trueplay on this device so i backed out. I recently bought in ceiling speakers and kinda pissed of not being able to tune them :(

I have two iphones.. one I sorrowfully updated to the new app. The other still has the older S2Is there anyway I can move that app to the other phone?

app defaults to wrong speakers when changing music selection

So the latest update is terrible. I have a Sonos beam and 2 satellites in the living room and a Sonos move 2 in my garage. The system in the living room is for movies and tv and I hardly ever use it for music. I listen to music in the garage as that’s where I work. In the new app , when I go to play music it defaults to the living room. So I have to change it to the garage. No biggie. Problem is that while listening to music in the garage, if I decide to change channels or genres it automatically defaults back to the living room instead of staying with the move 2 that was already playing music. Is there a way to change the default speakers to the move 2 and not the living room system?

Roam can’t add to system.

Just bought a new Sonos Roam. When trying to connect it, the App finds it and starts the connection process. It plays sounds an I reply by pressing the buttons. Then it’s saying adding Roam to your system. After a while it fails and says “something went wrong try again later “In the app it shows “not registered “ but when trying to fix it, the same happens. Tried resetting the Roam to factory settings.My system is A beam - wired connection,2 one SL, a one and a play1 all in WiFi and have been running in this house a year now. it kind of frustrating now. Does anyone have any good ideas.

new app update is SLOW. SLOW. SLOW!!!!

Before I get into how SLOW it is, let’s talk about the interface - TERRIBLE. Alarm - missing. Search - terrible.play list maintenance- missingi completely regret adding multiple SONOs devices to my home. hey SONOS - get your act together and FIX IT!
